Order to be ready 7.15 Turned up just after and told would b ready in a few minutes. Waited 20mins not wanting to be pushy thinking they were really busy. After person ordered after me received their pizza I asked how long mine would be. They couldn’t find the order. So palmed me off when I arrived without checking where was up to. They then looked at me blankly and told me they didn’t receive order. Showed my order on my phone. Asked for manager who. She then found it in the rack where it had been this whole time. I can understand an order going missing but not lazy people who couldn’t be bothered checking. Then when I arrived home the pizzas were terrible. Wish I could show a photo. Everyone makes mistakes - it’s how they are handled that’s important. I didn’t even receive an apology. Also, been coming to this store almost weekly for years....

Read moreOrdered a Pizza, Domino's accepted payment, but they didn't have the right base. Was offered 2 tiny pizzas instead of the New York size pizza that I had ordered and paid for. I declined and asked for an instant refund, they refused and told me that I had to wait 5-7 business days for a reversal on the electronic payment.
Very unhappy with the ordering process and payment process. Little to no conflict resolution. I was not made to feel like a valued customer but instead made to simply feel like a unwanted sale.
I doubt Dominos HQ will follow up the complaint... The CEO takes all the profits and refuses to allow the franchisees to...
