my partner and i decided to grab a pizza and garlic bread lastnight after a long shift at work, granted it was late and the employee was obviously the only one there most likely getting ready to close, however we checked when you close and it was 1am and we got their around 12 so she still had an hour left.
now i understand when ur closing and you just want to get out and not deal with people (as i do this almost every night at my job) but the daggers she was starring into our souls and the attitude was so off putting and really unprofessional, we could obviously tell she wanted us out of the store as soon as possible so we left the store and we waited for the pizza.
as someone who works in customer service myself i know how it can be but she could of at least faked a smile or something ? we got our order and took it home only to recieve an undercooked pizza that definitely could of used an extra few minutes in the oven as the dough was so floppy. the only redeeming part was the garlic bread. overall i’m quite upset with our visit lastnight and think she should be retrained in how she interacts...
Read morei’m yet to get a correct order from these clowns. called up tonight about a voucher and when i asked the girl (didn’t know what i was talking about) to see if there was a manager who could help her she said “no sorry i can’t help you” absolute clown. i got my pizza and it’s on the wrong base, they couldn’t even get the first step right. definitely not enough toppings, there’s no standards.
i almost worked here, they promised lunch shifts and then only rostered me for 1 NIGHT a week (i have a night job already). this problem is high level, the bosses don’t even care about what happens. not a single person there cares about quality or customer service.
i’ve had enough of this store, i’ve seen managers being completely negligent during shifts and staff being unprofessional and rude. domino’s care so much about their reputation but not enough to close this place or reprimand...
Read moreThe other night I ordered food and they forgot a thick shake and offered to deliver it back again - I declined and asked to just add a credit. Today I call up to cash in the credit with a pizza for the monetary value of the thick shake, I re-iterated this a few times on the call. The girl on the phone said there was no credit on my account to start which I was a bit shocked to hear. Anyway, she said yep we can do that (put cost into a pizza) I said okay awesome,$15 delivery? “Sorry no only if you have a coupon code” yeah all good, understand that! We paid $33 for a pizza and they also delivered a thick shake? I related 3 times to deduct the monetary value of the thickshake, off the pizza. Anyway the food is really well cooked and the dough is divine - it’s really the girls ears that...
