I have been here a lot as it's on my way south or when I'm menulogging. Very inconsistent. Fast when you don't expect and slow when it should be fast. Use the app everytime and order 10 mins ahead so I don't have to wait but have to wait most times. Don't get coffee here or at least don't bother with a large. I realised why the coffee is so bad watching through the drive through pick up. As an ex Barista it hurt me to watch the girl flail around the machine clearly guessing how to do it and then split the double shot on the coffee. So the extra dollar you pay for a large just waters down the same shot in a medium. Even tho I keep saying I won't get coffee there sometimes it's just easier and I guess making subpar coffee is the only way to keep it cheap. Better off using a pod machine. Keeps costs down and tastes the same.

They also won't take keep cups because "covid" while doing nothing else to mitigate covid spread....

Worst GYG in Belmont. Took the woman at the window 30 years to take our order. We asked for a cali burrito meal with a coke, nacho fries and a mandarin Jarritos. For a place that sells Mexican food you’d think the workers would learn the proper way to pronounce jarritos, I’m sick of going there and them not understanding what I say. Get to the window and the stupid woman has put the nacho fries as the meal and changed the coke to the jarritos, when I told her it was wrong she then handed me a small coke and again I said no I got a large meal it’s a large coke, she then proceeded to charge me $5 for the coke. Get home and there’s a rock hard piece of avocado in the nacho fries and instead of adding chipotle mayo got both meals like we asked they instead added one single container of chipotle mayo on the...

Came through today to get a burrito and I was so amazed at how lovely the staff were. I must admit, I'm a bit of annoying customer, always trying to make modifications, but the staff were so lovely about, always saying how it wasn't a problem and it's our pleasure. I really wish I had gotten the name of the staff member, they really deserve to be acknowledged for their amazing customer service. Nowadays when you rock up to a fast food joint, the staff members rarely want to genuinely engage with their customers, its really refreshing to see some places really put an emphasis on training their staff well!!
