Sadly this old favourite isn't what it used to be. Meals were cool actually like they hadn't been microwaved long enough and if they were cooked fresh they didn't stay in wok long.Veges seemed to be frozen type perhaps that's why they didn't reach temperature in wok , hadn't quite thawed. i’ve been getting food from swan lake for years now and the food is consistently the best chinese food i’ve ever had. The customer service is impeccable, when i order takeaway on the phone the guy doesn’t beat around the bush, it’s the most efficient phone call ever, we’ve timed it several times before and it’s no longer than 20 seconds, and he’s NEVER gotten our...

The short soup was way overcooked and was so mushy it was hard to pick up without it falling apart. The other dishes were also diappointing. More veges than meat etc. I think we have been spoilt by eating at jumbo palace in nelson bay for the last 30 yrs. On the upside the prices...
