I'm a real fan of Italian food and especially pasta so was very happy to pick up some ravioli varieties which were delicious in the soft ravioli and in the filling. They were at the Newcastle City Farmers market on Sundays. I got the following: Pumpkin, pesto & pine nut (so yum) Duck ravioli with soy, chilli, citrus and fragrant herbs (a bit like a duck a l'orange)
