I recently had the pleasure of dining at Roll’s, a situated in Kotara.

The culinary highlight of my visit was the rice bowl with shaking beef, which proved to be an absolute delight. The beef was cooked to perfection, tender and bursting with flavors from the marinade. It harmonized beautifully with the accompanying rice, and the portion size was more than generous.

One aspect that truly stood out was the impeccable service provided by the attentive staff. Not only were they friendly, but they also exhibited a profound understanding of the menu. They willingly addressed my inquiries and offered insightful recommendations, showcasing their genuine dedication to ensuring a remarkable dining experience. Ok to start with. So disappointed with the service and the staff attitude at this store. I’m roll’d usual biggest fan.. today Saturday 1st December 11.45pm. I ordered from a young lady. She was unfriendly, didn’t smile and her customer service manners was one of the poorest I’d ever seen. When I ordered my beef pho in a bowl I asked for chillies. She replies there’s known so you still want it.. I replied yes. Paid and waited. Then the boy hands over the food at the counter. He admittedly did smile and when I asked if I could have lemon and chop sticks there was known. I said maybe someone should tuck downstairs to the supermarket and get lemons and chillies. He stated he did have chillies - so bonus there, he said this store doesn’t even have a manger to direct them . The other thing is my beef pho didn’t even have all ingredients 🤦🏽‍♀️ I will not return to Kotara roll’d and never will the lady waiting standing next to me , she couldn’t even believe...

Just finished attempting to eat here and it was absolutely shocking. My partner and I ordered the pork crackling role and no crackling, cucumber, sauce or chilly existed anywhere near this thing. It was the blandest dull pork role I’ve ever tasted. We ordered 2 meals that came with a side and a drink, one of the sides were spring roles and we had to send them back 3 times, the first time they were cold in the middle and burnt on the outside, second time we asked for fresh roles they r -fried the originals which were for my 2 year old, they were so hard I think I could have broken the tiled floors with these things, 3rd time they sent out fresh ones and you guessed it FROZEN again. The only good thing about this meal was the kombucha and that’s probably because it’s not made here. The staff were kind enough to refund our money, I would highly recommend sticking to the soldiers roles...
