I am sharing my Laksa experience with Amy’s (Laksa house). I went to Darwin Laksa festival to try the laksa for the first time in my life. I joined the que and nearly waited 40minutes and I got my Laksa, when I opened to try it, there were no noodles in it. I thought they may have forgot to put the noodles in it, so I went back to the stall, and asked for noodles absent in my Laksa, the lady in the stall replied to me they ran out of noodles. But somehow was lucky to get there today and I could only say O.M.G for the taste of the food. One of the best of the best foods I have had in my life. Feeling sad that I missed this place for so many years. The quantity and the quality was beyond exceptional. Fresh,Yummy, extremely satisfying soulful food. Please if you haven't been here please do go don't miss it. It's closed on Monday and Tuesday. Open Wednesday till Sunday. Still can't get over the happy feeling of eating lovely food.

The portion size is quite generous and could be shared but I had no problem wolfing down the whole dish! Definitely a must try if you are in Darwin. Only available on Friday and...
