Soul Essence On The Bay — Restaurant in Northern Territory

The atmosphere is absolutely AMAZING. Local Owners, soulful music and great singing to follow as one of the owners strolls around talking to customers! The Crocodile and the Fish Tacos are a Tourist Attraction on their own. The Crocodile was succulent not dried out and full of flavour. The Fish Tacos were so flavoursome but not too overbearing. You could taste the mint, the sting of the chilli and the fish was a taste that mellows and isn't going to chase you into next week. I have lived in Darwin for 16 years before moving away and I've never had Croc or Fish served up quite like this! Keep up the good work Guys and Gal's!! Thank you for Making out...

I had an unplanned but lovely dinner at this restaurant. The staff were extremely helpful in choosing the dishes, and the food was delicious. The crispy barramundi was perfectly cooked and the vegetables were a great accompaniment. The pumpkin steak was the highlight of the meal, and the generous serving size left me feeling satisfied. Unfortunately, the restaurant did not have any zero-alcohol beer, but the staff recommended a zero-alcohol wine that was surprisingly good. The ambience of the restaurant was lovely, and the overall dining experience was excellent. I would definitely recommend this...

Soul Essence On The Bay was the perfect setting for our wedding reception. John and Petra were extremely helpful and accommodating. They were determined to help our day be perfect and exactly what we wanted. Our guests are still commenting on how beautiful the restaurant was, how great the staff were, and the impeccable food that was served. In fact, many of our guests took some of the leftover food home and took great delight in sharing how good the food still was the next day! There is not a thing Sam or I could fault.
