El Jannah Chicken Nowra — Restaurant in Nowra

This location definitely needs the attention of a regional manager..

Hoping to support the Albion park store, although i was unable to as they didn’t open until 10am.

Reading Nowra’s review I really shouldn’t have been surprised by how poor it really was.

Quiet simply staff more interested in talking amongst them selves about going to the workers club the previous night rather then noticing the small details.

My main issues were music was so loud in store it made me question if the staff had industrial deafness and were unable to hear how intense the decibel level was. store was freezing cold. Must have been set around 14degrees as I couldn’t bring my family inside to eat. no hummus in the bag after I paid for extra tub of tabouli. Old mate counted it several times but maybe that’s not his strength. (Poor reflection on myself not checking my $96 order thou) Only two chooks in the display made me nervous as Albion park often has 10/12.

I know finding good regional staff can be very challenging, but this store feels like they got who was ever hanging around the Pookie room at the RSL and got them into a chicken inform the very next day.

Tremendous potential if the staff are given more one or one training and bring the whole level of the store up.

I can't wait for this place to open!!!! I am such a huge fan of El Jannah chicken!!!! Treat yourself with the fried chicken and gravy. Absolutely elite, ill be doing my best to be first in line. Everything they sell is super tasty and is without a doubt my favourite fast food 😋 😊 👌. I saw them advertising for jobs there so I hope that opening date is very soon.

Further update: I had the privilege to meet with the local el jannah staff who treated me and my work mates to some of their fabulous chicken, chips, salads and wraps and burgers. These people are extremely nice and I have absolute faith this store is going to be sensational and look after every customer like their family. Still looking forward to grand opening day next...

I was very excited about opening day and went to get some dinner after work as opening hours in google said open till 11pm, I made it to the shop by 10:10pm, but the door was locked, however, few customers were dinning in and was ordering at the counter, so we were confused, another customer arrived and was confused too if its still open, staff member at the counter saw us at the door waving but completely ignored us, we were still standing at the door, finally customer inside told them about us and after a while, lady opened the door for us and said opening hours in google was a mistake, we left without any food.
