Rinks Restaurant — Restaurant in Nowra

I spent 20 minutes talking to the waiter and the restaurant manager about getting a gluten-free meal. They said they could make me a plate of some mixed veggies with some prawns and just a tiny bit of vermicelli noodle with some kind of sauce. When the meal arrived it was just a mountain of vermicelli with some slivers of bok choy and carrot and no sauce. We didn't end up paying for the meal because I didn't eat the vermicelli and it was not the meal I had been promised. When I asked why they didn't just use cornflour to thicken the dishes and tamari instead of soy sauce they said, "It's too hard." Will definitely not be eating...

Absolute terrible food. Made half the family sick, tasted terrible and not cooked properly. When we complained about the food the manager Glenda gave us attitude and tried to fight with us saying we gave her too much attitude. On top of this when we went and payed they told us and i quote "get out" after saying i "wouldnt get far in life with my attitude" despite my starting my complaint with "I'm sorry i know you didn't personally cook the food". I would not recommend this self proclaimed "best restaurant chinese not only in Nowra but the whole Shoal haven area" to anyone and would give it a 0/5 if...

Absolute trash! I've never been so appalled with restaurant food in my life. The meals tasted like absolutely nothing and weren't even traditional. They were cheap rip off versions of traditional Chinese and Thai food. I would not recommend ever eating at this establishment if you want a decent meal.

Tried to complain when three people in the family got sick and the manager, Glenda, verbally abused us and kicked us out of the restaurant because we complained about food poisoning. She treated us like children and acted like she was above all eighteen of the people...
