Alfio's Pizzeria — Restaurant in Orange

Awful service, average food. The staffs were super rude, we got take aways for dinner, Cash Only for take aways, first flag, inconvenience .. while we were waiting for the food, we asked for some glasses to drink the coke cola we bought from them, as they refused to provide any free tap water, they even refused and said glasses are for dine in customers only... We paid the same price for the food!! How hard it is to have lend a few glasses When we got the pizza, we asked for some chilli flakes and cheese on the side... no chilli flakes, only CHILLI POWDERS... and NO CHEESE!! This was mean to be an authentic Italian restaurant... according to themselves...

This is a restaurant use to receiving many Awards in its glory days, but it is obvious why it has stopped since...

One of the worst experiences I have ever had. We walked into a stuffy busy front area with abrupt staff who directed us to a small overly heated dining room with no ventilation. The food was not award winning and the pizza was overly filled with ingredients and nothing like an authentic pizza. Our stay was short because the room became so overly heated and stuffy with absolutely no ventilation that it started to sting my eyes because of the cooking fumes. The waitress made a mistake with the bill and told me I had not paid correctly, I paid the so called shortfall, but as it turned out ended up paying for most of the bill instead of half. Got home and all four of us smelt like we had be working in the kitchen, because the ventilation system was...

Do you call this ITALIAN? I tried this place twice. Last week was with a customer of mine and I felt so bad for them as I couldn't say anything. The Tagliatelle had no taste, and today I tried the fettuccine Bolognese... I have poored all the salt and the parmesan cheese I could and it was TERRIBLE. No taste in the minced beef nor the sauce. When I asked the waiter why is it like that, the simple answer was we do it like that and there was no manager to speak with so I ended up paying...
