The Coffee Club — Restaurant in Orange

Just left the Coffee Club Orange ordered a steak sandwich and chips well done with BBQ sauce it arrived undercooked smothered in a creamy mustard sauce I returned it as soon as it was served after about 5 minutes the same steak still with the other sauce and the same chips were served back to me so now I got cold chips and cold undercooked steak with the previous sauce residue I again sent this back after about 5 to 10 minutes ( my daughter had nearly finished her burger with again the wrong sauce) they approached me with questions about wether a wanted the sandwich with tomato and BBQ sauce I said no I don’t want 2 sauces I also asked if they had even restarted a fresh steak they had not so I asked for a refund she stated that she would see if that was ok I corrected her and said that I demand a full refund not once did they apologise as she gave me the refund without saying anything I asked if there was going to be an apology and she said that she had not done anything wrong and walked away I...

Coffee Club is always a great place to meet. I left off one star only because of the change in opening hours on a Sunday. Completely understandable due to circumstances but there was no notice of this change. Nothing on the Google listing or website. Nothing posted at the store front and no prompts from the staff either We visited yesterday and made our order and was only part way through when we noticed the staff cleaning up. Only on enquiry did we find that they were closing early. There were multiple opportunities that we could have been informed of the change. So disappointed in our brunch this morning, last time we ate here we really enjoyed it! $87 for 2 adults and a child then when the food came out we were so disappointed, bruchetta breakfast 1 slice of sour dough that was like a rock and couldn't cut through to the point I couldn't eat the rest, my husband ordered the zuchini fritters with a side of bacon which could of all fit on a bread and butter plate. We paid and extra $6 for one peice of bacon which is absolutely absurd the menu did state 2 which didn't happen.
