Schnitz Rockhampton — Restaurant in Park Avenue

Very bad restaurant in Rockhampton area, some staff are very bad and rude especially two lady staff one is saying she is the manager ,she doesn’t have a brain how to do the business.if you order food in the morning you will get delivery after lunch,very long waiting time.all are lazy staff they are working like a snail.very bad behaviour ,they don’t know the customer service.I think the owner need to teach them how to do the businesses otherwise you will not get good profit.you have to learn what other restaurants in Rockhampton doing good service very friendly and fast service for example Guzman Y Gomes,burger urge,Lone star rub house am giving 5star rating they are getting good business Schmitz two lady staff doesn’t have manners. All delivery drivers now not recommending Schmitz to their customers in Rockhampton area. If one delivery driver get 3 orders from your restaurant your staff needs do the order and hand it over to the person ,what happening now your brainless manager one lady and another staff saying we can’t handed over the food 3 orders. They don’t have a capacity to think the 3 customers are just 1km area in Rockhampton and the delivery time takes only 8 minutes All delivery persons using insulated bags ok That’s why I am saying the two lady staff doesn’t know how to do the business.

I will not recommend schnitz to all people in Rockhampton ,I will pass these messages to all people in Rockhampton ,don’t buy food from schnitz

The idea of having dinner out ended up being the worst idea when we decided to go to this restaurant. We walked in,grabbed the baby chair, and sat down ( visible for ALL the staff members). My husband proceeded to order through the QR code but it didn't work so he stood up and decided to go to the counter to order. He orded and pay for the meal THEN once he has paid this girl serving him tells him that our order has to be a "TAKE AWAY ORDER" and that we have to sit outside without any explanation o reason. He came back to the table to check the time and trading hours of the store. It was only 7:08pm and the store was closing at 8 pm. Perhaps you should put in your trading hours " TAKE AWAY FROM 7PM ONWARDS NO DINNING IN!" Then we decide to wait for the food... and take it to our accommodation after all of that..we unpacked our meals and oh what a surprise.. the wraps didn't even have the right ingredients , they didn't even look like WRAPS! My 2 year old could have done a better job! They just came apart. And the piece of chicken that we got for our kid was a quarter of what we usually get in the Brisbane restaurants!!!

Next time .... just as a courtesy, let people know that you are not a dinning in restaurant before they sit down and pay for the meals! Ohh and maybe give the right training to staff...

From not being greeted or served on entry to the the stored, ordering with the app was a complete struggle. The food then came after 35 mins of ordering, each dish being cold with soggy chips with the exception of the nuggets, which were burned to the point that none of my kids would eat them. The waiter brought dirty cutlery which he treated as an inconvenience when asked to change for clean items (food and sauce cooked onto knives and forks) and 2 of the plates food was served on were also dirty with food residue (waiter shrugged when asked and walked back inside). The salad was wilted and contained 2 slices of tomato, wilted lettuce, I slice of onion and the extra avocado was also 1 small slice only. After the meals finally arrived we then went inside to request our drinks, the waiter again didn’t believe we’d ordered drinks, so we went to the counter with our receipt to get them. At which point they had sold out of most items, and not even refunded when given tap water in place of the bottled water we’d ordered and paid for. The floor inside the store was covered in grease and incredibly slippery and the staff were almost entirely disinterested in every aspect. This was not a good...
