1. ordered via app and paid. Arrived at counter and they apparently had no record of the order, wasn't until I pointed it out on their own screen that they started making it. Order was also wrong.

2. order wrong, had time went back and asked to change, order still wrong.

3. ordered via app, price on app was $1 less then there's. They refused to honour it, staff member servicing said the manager can alter the amount and sighed when I asked for the manager to do that. Manager refused to honour the app price.

And to top it off, it's the only KFC apparently In the world you can't get hot and...

The chicken is very fresh and delicious, the crispy version is crunchy and moist. The mash potato is salty and comes with a thick sauce. The Pepsi comes in a bottle and has gases in it.
