Noticed my review for my terrible experience had gone missing again. The young girl at the counter was quiet arrogant right from the start and was rude throughoht the whole transaction, sighing and the like.. When i tried to ring later, I got ger on the phone and asked to speak to manager, she claimed she was shift manager and said she remembered the transactions and said I was rude to her...and refused to let me speak to owner..Very rude, arrogant and will never ever return again..Word of mouth is a big thing in todays society, thought such a large company would be a bit more professional, I...

Ordered an online takeaway order. Was given my order and drove home, when I went to eat I realised I was missing an item from my order. Drove back to the store and waited at the counter to be seen. It took me a few minutes to be seen as to me it didn't seem the staff were being all that attentive. It also wasn't busy at the time. Was given the item with an apology. Overall, bit miffed as I need to once again remind myself that I shouldn't rely on my order being correctly packed and to always check before I leave the store. Last week i ordered from Guzman’s Rockhampton on uber eats and they put chips in my burrito and carrot without any chicken, rice or anything I asked for in general. Tonight i was indecisive about ordering room them again because of what happened last week but i still ordered a burrito from uber eats again and got the exact same result. I feel like you guys do this on purpose because you know you can get away with it, unbelievable. Don’t order from them guys, food is always cold and they mess the order up...
