Had terrible food tonight. I would say it’s uneatable food we’ve had. They go hard with salt.

Ordered Classic Ceasar salad for my partner and he was given bunch of iceberg lettuce which is very disappointing for it to call Ceasar salad. We asked the waitress about it and told us that’s what they have it with which contradicts their menu for saying it has crispy cos lettuce. Couldn’t not call it Ceasar Salad and was also salty, croutons was deep fried, was soaked in oil, eggs was over-boiled and old. My partner loves his salad and never left his plate not empty. This is the first time he left his plate with almost full of food.

I ordered pork belly sub, gosh it was uneatable!. Pork was way overcooked like jerky, dry, hard and very salty. Looks like it has been kept all day and got overcooked in the food warmer or it has been cooked many times. Told staff I could not eat it, was salty and overcooked. Was asked if I want something else, so I got chicken burger without bacon cos I know bacon is salty. So then it came, I cut it in half and ate it, chicken looks like fresh cooked, thought it was good after few bites but it just kept getting saltier and saltier even with pineapple in it didn’t help. It’s doesn’t have any flavour but salt.

Also had nuggets for kids with chips and was served with too much salt. And salt and Pepper Calamari that tasted like ocean.

Sorry for this bad review. We were very disappointed. We were hungry but after eating the food, we lost our appetite and felt sick. What an awesome night we had tonight! It was a Thursday night and quite busy, however we were quickly seated to a table and no sooner had we sat down, we had a young gentleman waiter by our table to take our drink orders. I ordered the “Cocktail of the month”, which was very nice.

We took a little while to deliberate what we were going to order and were asked a couple of times by the lovely waitresses if we were ready to order. When we were ready, we had some questions, which the waitress quickly got answers to and we placed our orders. I orders 6 x Buffalo chicken wings for entree and a half rack of baby back pork ribs with Smoky BBQ sauce, veggies and fries. The food was brought out in great time and was very yummy.

The manager (“The Marshall”) and all of her staff were simply amazing tonight and you should all be very proud. Thank you very much for a great experience.

After leaving another establishment for lack of service we went to the loanstar and ordered 2 drinks that came fairly quickly one tasted good and one was disgusting. We ordered 3 entrees as we aren't huge eaters. We waited 25 min for 3 entrees that were deep fried. The waitress eventually came upto us and told us that our order never made it to the kitchen. AFTER 25 MIN!!!!. Absolutely appalled by this we just got up and left. We walked to the till and we were then still charged for the 2 drinks which I made a comment about them being on the house then. The girl replied that she can't do that. We paid for our 2 drink and will never return. They were to worried about closing the doors to worry about drinks and food for there customers. Management where is your training of staff. Without customers u have no business and by the look of how empty the place was on a Friday night u desperately need to...
