Boost Juice — Restaurant in Western Australia

waited 15 minutes for my drink, there was there people working and only 2 other people waiting for their orders. staff were standing around while i watched my juice sit in the blender. once i recieved my drink, i couldn’t get anything out of the straw so i took the lid off and found large chunks of ice that hadn’t been crushed. the drink hadn’t been blended properly and was continuously getting ice caught in my straw. was not impressed as i have had a good experience with boost juice until now. will not buy again from any...

I’ve visited this place twice now. They close at 6 pm, but both times I came well before 5 pm and was denied fresh juice—once with the excuse that the machine wasn’t working, and another time being told they weren’t doing fresh juice. If you close at 6 pm, refusing service at 4:45 pm is unreasonable. This feels like simply wanting to shut down early instead of serving customers as advertised.

It’s disappointing to see this lack of professionalism....

After a long day shopping, my husband and I decided to have a drink and we chose Boost. Little did we know that the guy who was working there (on 26th of June at 5pm) doesn't know how to handle with customers.
