Me and my mother were served by the kindest worker Lorraine. Due to a recent death in the family only weeks before a wedding we were somewhat all over the place and no doubt very confusing and difficult customers to serve but Lorraine was so kind and understanding and super patient with us, not only that but she went to the extra degree by calling up multiple other stores trying to help us find the right size of jacket and helped massively in the choosing process.
