Great service over the counter but inconsistent when delivering food and drinks.

Visited 4 times over 10 days, worse time was they didn’t pack our takeaway orders together. We ordered a ham and cheese toastie and a muffin to go. Later heard our name being called, they passed us a paper bag and we drove off. Partly my mistake because I didn’t check the bag for contents. But we drove out to Ravenswood and found out there’s only 1 of 2 of our orders. Had to drive back to let them know and turns out, out muffin is just sitting at the corner of the counter. 🤷🏻‍♀️ seriously?

Next few visits also had the same issue. They just put our takeaway order at the corner of the counter without announcing what it was, with a whole bunch of people just crowding there for their takeaway F&B.

Last point was stamp card for each hot drink. I only saw it on our 4th visit as my partner had been the one ordering previously. No one offered us the stamp card from the beginning. So we missed on 6 stamps. Oh well. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Good. Restaurant and facilities were neat and clean.

Nice to have the familiar menu when a long way from home travelling around WA, with a reliable standard and quality. Has all the standard Dome fare but not the seasonal menus (not that we mind at all) and very pleased they had the dairy free alternative milks.

The only thing that I would improve was the staff member kept prowling around when you barely finished your drink, they couldnt wait to take it. And while exercising a fidgety toddler outside they took my the rest/half my cuppa. People at the table said they weren't sure if I'd finished and the girls took it anyway.. Seeing as 5 of us paid over $150 for brunch, you'd think we could take our time and relax at the table..even when it got busy toward 11am there was still 50% tables available.. what's the rush.. perhaps they are...

We have frequented Dome Restaurants in many cities and towns over the years. Menus are standard Dome franchise but sometimes the meal is a standout. Such was the case today in Pinjarra. My friend ordered salt and pepper squid, I ordered similar but with the Asian slaw and Thai Red Curry mayonnaise. A black coffee and cappuccino accompanied. Friendly pleasant service at the counter and shortly afterwards our coffees were delivered as ordered; Hot. We were surprised by how quickly our meals were prepared and delivered. Squid was tender, slaw was fresh, tangy and delicious. My friend was equally enthusiastic with her meal.. Pleasant, friendly staff. Kitchen evidently staffed with people who have pride in their work.
