A bit of a hidden gem. Popped in here today and was very surprised. Place has a great retro vibe and classic diner feel. We had a late breakfast and the food was very well priced. I had the French toast and my husband had the big breakfast. We both had chai lattes. Both ladies working were super friendly and even indulged my husband's request to know what brand of baked beans they used as part of a Berry with me. Would definitely visit again. Popped into this little diner today to grab a drink, ended up having lunch. The beef and kidney pie was clearly homemade with lovely chunks of kidney in a thick onion gravy sauce. My wife had an iced coffee and decided it was the best she’d had! Parents had freshly made sandwiches which were very full and fresh! Family run with lovely attentive polite staff. We will always pop in for a pie and iced coffee...

Went for a weekday lunch with two others after not being keen on the rival venue, was very busy with take aways but still got three freshly made meals to the table. Would recommend checking this place out again if you haven't been for a while. Staff were very friendly and food was well priced and exactly what you anticipate when you visit a country...
