Subway — Restaurant in Pinjarra

I bought food at the Subway Pinjarra Store 3 times before & thought the food & service were truly amazing. Well, above expectations, however, I bought a footlong meal deal last weekend for $19, and it was absolutely appalling.

What I noticed first was the terrible service. The girl who was serving me really didn't want to be there & had an attitude. Her shift supervisor came to the counter and also had the same stoney faced attitude. No smile, no customer service, nothing. Neither of them wanted to be there.

I paid for my meal and left the store. When I got home to eat the sandwich, it was completely stale. It was actually hard, not crusty, and tasted really bad. It was disgusting. I had 2 bites then threw it straight in the bin.

I wouldn't normally write this review as my past experiences at the store were always amazing, but I think the terrible service plus the terrible sandwich warrant the review.

I won't be wasting my money at this...

It’s been so long since I had subway and thinking of getting it for breakfast. So I ordered a chicken and bacon ranch melt with avocado, footlong. However I was charged $17.75, a dollar more than advertised on the screen. So I asked the cashier regarding it and they say it is what I ordered, with additional avocado. I told her I have ordered the melt with avocado and it clearly show on the screen with the price. But they just say sorry and didn’t even bother to look at their screen to check. I will not order from this subway ever again. Bad attitude and customer service, with no regards to correct...

This subway store in Pinjarra is one of the worse stores to go to. They are so slow and only ever have one person in the store during weekdays and lucky if you get two people on during the weekends. I have often gone into the store at 4.30pm and they have run out if several breads so that you don't have much of a selection, and also they are getting short on the salads. I believe this to be a popular store with mandurah and pinjarra. More improvement needs to be done in improving the stock. Will travel to Lakelands unless...
