Cafe Delizioso — Restaurant in Port Pirie

When we (3 of us) walked in about 3pm, the place was warm. The lady behind the counter said she’s normally out the back cooking, she apologised as it took a little time for her to put order in - which was fine. There was another couple there by the window. Our food came out and I asked the lady with grey pony tail if she could please put aircon on - not a problem! Then an older couple came in and the taller lady came out from the back and turned out the lights!!! We were still eating….the couple ordered a coffee and smoothie. Then the tall lady was bringing in tables, plants & signs in - it was 3.30pm sign on the door said 4pm!! She was obviously in a hurry to go home! Was not a good look….. I wouldn’t...

Last week was the first time I'd been into this cafe but I will now be going back regularly. Great menu, great chai & coffe, and excellent staff with great customer service skills. My sister and I were both VERY happy with our visit. There's good options for meat eaters, vegetarians, and even vegans. Not many places in Pirie where you can go for a meal with a vego family member and they have multiple options to choose from and...

Ordered the veggie burger assuming it would only consist of veggies as it didn’t list on the menu other ingredients as per allergy requirements. Came with cheese and mayonnaise. Reported to the staff and 100 % wasn’t offered a substitute or refund option despite their below comment. My work mate was with me and even remarked how it was bad customer service.
