Detour off the highway. Its worth the stop. This cafe has a bright modern interior and lots of space. If you are wanting a small intimate cafe then perhaps dont come here but you certainly can still find a corner table or perhaps sit separately outside under one of the umbrellas with your friends. There is plenty of choice and quality tasty goods in the display cabinet. Far superior to many other cafes. My wife loved her coffee and I thoroughly enjoyed my simple serve of poached eggs on toast for $10. So prices are very reasonable and service was prompt and polite. I think this spot has a special different modern clean and tastefully designed dining area. I could imagine it providing a great alternative meeting and celebration function space. A real bonus to Port Pirie. Well done...

Went for brunch. Lovely old church. Took 25 minutes to get two cups of coffee and a further 5 minutes until a toasted sandwich and scrambled eggs arrived. Way to long. My suggestion would be at least get the coffee out early so we're not left twiddling our thumbs for ages whilst waiting on our food. People coming in after us just for take away coffees were getting theirs way before us, it was wrong. They need an extra staff member to assist as it wasn't very busy but they obviously weren't able to keep up. The coffee was hot and very nice but not worth the long wait. The food was so so and the scrambled eggs with bacon and hashbrown was way over priced for the small unimaginative serve received. The total price was $48 which really was way more than the service and...

Camped overnight at the back of the Federal Hotel, Port Pirie and had a chat and tour with the owner who is renovating the old pub and doing a great job (despite local council and neighbour interventions). Worth a pop in and drink or two. On the way home, we frequented Safavi's and were not disappointed. Very friendly staff, great coffee and tasty breakfast. A constant flow of customers with happy smiles as they left. Get in early, I think this place will become the go to place for breakfast, brunch and other...

Enjoyed a lovely hot breakfast of eggs Benni with bacon. Good quality toast, eggs cooked perfectly and the bacon was crispy. Excellent coffee which I would give a solid 8/10 and I’m fussy about my coffee. The cakes in the cabinet looked delicious, but we didn’t have room left to try any. See the photo attached. Very happy to recommend this place. The owners have been there for 22 years, are courteous, organised and timely. Go give it a try folks, you won’t be disappointed!!

Pricey meal for take away on Saturday 27th November $22.50 - For fish and chips, must have rocks in my head to pay, I should have walked away - At this price I thought maybe it must be good - WRONG - extremily poor food quality ! Fish obviously out of bulk frozen food packet you buy in supermarkeys anf avoid! Food did not taste ok, i'm not going to eat it and bin it! I Will never return, or recommend to any body - my advice stay away at these prices and low quality food!
