Subway — Restaurant in Port Pirie

Went to subway for lunch. The food was good as usual. I got a salad. It would have be been good if they asked me if I wanted my chicken hot before automatically putting it in the microwave. (I wanted it cold) The chicken was beautifully cooked though. They did this with another customer as well. They also had salad and didn't get asked if they wanted their chicken hot or cold. I would give 5 stars as I love this store, but it's not to say that I haven't experienced my issues as well. My most recent subway sub had a few stray olives floating throughout the whole sub (I didn't get olives) the pickles and jalapenos weren't spread out well, kept falling apart due to lack of structure, and it was a mess. A (delicious) mess, and I just ended up eating the meatballs from off the paper with my fingers. Very good service and delicious subs BUT!

The only subway that charges $2 extra for garlic butter (and on the 6” sub too!) Everyone else charges $2 extra only for getting the triple cheese on the ultimate footlong and nothing extra for the toastie as there’s no extra cheese on it.
