I dealt with Nigel for a holiday in September 2020. Absolutely oustanding service, Id have to seriously undoubtedly say this is the best help I've ever received as a stranger in alien territory. This guy couldn't couldn't of helped me more, was so knowledgeable of the area and time wasn't a problem when it come to explaining it to me on arriving. Myself and the kids managed to fit in everything we had hoped for even though some adventures were not running full schedule because of covid. Nigel was incredibly helpful finding my family and I tickets to Kuranda the day before we wanted to go. being school holidays there was almost no availability left but. There were some options available for us booking through different tours (although was still a stretch) but found us the seven tickets we needed on the skyrail website (where he got no commission or benefits from). He helped us book online to make sure everything was correct and then even printed out our passes for us. He was so insanely polite, patient and friendly and really went above and beyond. We had a problem with weather by a cyclone. Nigel suggested to change the travel course towards north in the area of Daintree forest while Whitsunday area is still in heavy rain. After a couple of days, as he predicted, weather was recovered so we enjoyed the ocean rafting in Whitsunday so much which Nigel suggested.
