🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I stopped in at 9th Lane Grind and ordered a coffee with the zucchini/corn fritters — both were excellent. The coffee was smooth and well-made, and the fritters were fresh, full of flavour, and nicely balanced.

I added scrambled tofu on the side, which was a standout — soft, light, and with a subtle curry flavour that paired perfectly with the fritters. It made the meal feel even more satisfying while still being wholesome and healthy.

The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, and the service was friendly and efficient. Overall, it was a really enjoyable breakfast — I’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend the zucchini/corn fritters with the scrambled tofu if you’re after something delicious and a...

This was one of the best dishes I've EVER had! I have very high standards, and I’m also comparing to Melbourne cafes. There was a generous amount of mushrooms, perfectly cooked. There was an AMAZING onion jam thing, the truffle mayo was absolutely incredible! Very reasonably priced. I asked for sourdough instead of brioche which was happily done, but the bread was very soggy when I got the plate. I could move to Mackay just for this 😍

And as vegetarians, I REALLY appreciate you for not charging us the extra $4 for replacing the bacon with avo in your ‘bacon and eggs’. 80% of places make you pay for substituting the meat for...

Order at counter where you line up in a tiny space. Staff at counter were friendly. Young waitress needs a lot more training- slammed plates on the table. Loud atmosphere on top of the fact they had construction going on. Cheap decor. Terrible lighting. Had eggs Benny. Eggs were roar. $5 for a cheap supermarket hash brown that was cooked in oil that tasted like it was years old, odd little addition of carrot and fennel that was brown and bacon that was cooked in some sections roar in the other. The sauce they put on the eggs was a weird spicy tasting stuff that gave a gross taste...

I’ve eaten here before and the food is generally of excellent quality and taste. This time I ordered the Okonomiyaki pancake with smoked salmon. The ingredients were excellent but the pancake was appalling. It was undercooked doughy and barely edible. It’s a shame because the quality of the food on top and presentation was excellent. But the pancake let the meal down. Normally this type of pancake is filled with cabbage and is fried, light and crispy. This was completely the opposite. Heavy and stodgy.
