Our food was all very nice, some dishes perhaps a little overpriced but we all enjoyed our meals, they came out fairly quick and the staff in the bistro was lovely. Our gripe is when we went upstairs for our 7:45pm booked bowling, only to be told that others had turned up late to their bookings before us and ours was now pushed back to 8:40pm. We had 4 kids with us and an hour bowling was just going to be ending too late, so much to our kids disappointment, we left. We were told we should have paid a $25 booking fee, staff member on the phone said we didn’t have to, but when queried on the night if we had paid would we have been guaranteed our time, we got told no it would still have been pushed back and that if we didn’t go ahead with the booking the $25 would then become credit for next time. Hi My friend and I dined in today and experienced very bad customer service from the service manger (Mandy) . Had an amazing food kudos to the chefs and great atmosphere but was very disappointed with the service. I thought the service manager was being rude but later my friends mentioned it as well when they went to order. When my friends went to query about the order being served wrong, she literally pushed the plate towards them and rudely told them to go wait at their table.
