We came for coffee and breakfast and the coffees we’re good, the food was presented well and tasty. But what really disappointed was my smoothie. A - it was quite creamy & sugary and not as healthy as described. But worse was B: I specifically ordered it in a glass without straw and got it in a plastic cup with lid and plastic straw. This is extremely unsustainable and also bad customer service, because when I commented on it with the waitress I got told „oh well we always serve our juices and smoothies in plastic cups“... I think in 2019 we should all be considerate and do our share to save the environment, and coffee shops should not serve out if throw away plastic cups when people are sitting in...

Went for a lunch during work break, ordered couple of food items for dine in. Checked how long it will take, was told around 20mins. Said ok. Added Juice to the order. Payed for the juice. Sat down waited for 30mins. Checked how long for food, only to be told by lady at the counter I never ordered for the food, only charged me for juice. And said you thought you getting cheap food for the price of juice. I asked the lady, when we waited for 30mins why none of your stay came once to query if we are waiting for anything else. Treated us as we are baggers. Went back to work without lunch...
