This experience is based on a visit to The Coffee Shop on Saturday morning, 3 August 3024. We were passing through & stopped off for some breakfast. The street had very little activity and there were 2-4 tables occupied in the cafe for the hour+ we were there. It took an hour to get my “big breakfast”. Firstly after 1/2 hour, my partner was told that the smoked salmon was all frozen & could he pick something else for his omelette, which he did - ham. We noticed that others who came to the cafe were being served while we were still waiting, so we enquired after our order & it had not started!! The omelette came out soon enough after that (10 mins) with smoked salmon, and we were told the “big breakfast” would be soon after ….. another 10-15 minutes later, I received…… cold poached eggs cold undercooked tomatoes cold overcooked mushrooms undercooked bacon, which the dogs enjoyed, though an expensive treat! We were offered another coffee & mangoe smoothie in compensation, but I passed on the mango smoothie as I didn’t finish the first one - very little mango & was v average. There were plenty of staff on and not many customers - not busy. We had changed table to get out of the sun & had informed/notified staff, but this seemed to be used as a bit of an excuse, which was extraordinarily disappointing. In essence, very poor customer service 😢 We left written feedback for staff which will hopefully be...

I had a fantastic breakfast at The Coffee Club in Gladstone. I ordered a custom egg dish with toast and a coffee, and everything came out exactly as I requested. The staff were incredibly friendly, creating a welcoming vibe.

The atmosphere was bustling and energetic, with many patrons in hi-vis gear grabbing their morning coffee and breakfast before starting their workday. It had a great business-like yet friendly feel.

The coffee was delicious and perfectly brewed to kickstart my morning. I also couldn’t help but notice the range of takeaway options—they looked amazing! From Turkish bread sandwiches to yoghurt and fruit cups, the display was truly mouth-watering.

Highly recommend stopping by for breakfast or grabbing something to go if you’re in the area. A great way to...

Food was very nice and enjoyable. Food was given in a reasonable time frame, looked like they were short staffed on this day, as it looked like they were struggling with orders coming out in a good time frame to other patrons. Being a public holiday, Kings Birthday 7th October However, we ordered a freshly squeezed tropical juice, with our meal, which did not come out with our meals, my husband ordered bacon & scrambled eggs etc, I ordered the Blueberry Pancake with ice cream. My husband went to the counter after about 5 or 10 mins of waiting for the freshly squeezed tropical juice, only to be handed a 'bottle' of orange juice and no apology. Not impressed 😕 Will not be returning to this particular Coffee Club...

I visited coffee club 3rd of August Saturday morning early. Around 15 customers at the time. 5staff...ordered eggs and toast and was told that would be around 45min wait...now keep in mind 5staff and only 15 customers which most of them are already been attended to. So politely said, its ok I'll give it a missed. Walk down 15 metres and found another place with double the customers and ordered the same. 7mins later my breakfast was on my table. Who ever bought the franchise of the coffee club should really spend time with the place, its being abused by staff with zero lack of all things in regards to you're business.

Just want to give a massive thanks to the brekky crew from Saturday and Sunday 20 & 21 August, 2022. New manager Jess has an amazing crew, who go over and above to make your dining experience phenomenal. Nothing was too much trouble, they were so friendly, and food was delicious (salmon eggs benedict OMG yum!!) Thanks team - keep up the stellar work!
