Club Tamborine — Restaurant in Queensland

I am on holidays, i come from Sydney and i have been to many places within the last few days on Mount Tamborine, i had not been to the bowling club so my friend suggested we have dinner their cos she loves the food there, so we went with some other friends and all had a lovely dinner. I notice a kitchen staff member come out and i complimented about the delicious food, but then a lady behind the bar turned around and be-littled him by saying "he didn't cook it". I jus thought that wasn't very nice. We then proceeded to the pokie area and whilst playing i got up and went to the bar to get a drink and i was told i could have 1 last drink because they were closing but that i couldn't buy one for my friend because they said they didn't like her attitude, i said why? The lady said we just don't like her. I was a little taken back and said ok and then i noticed they were starting to close down the bar and it was only 8.20 pm on a Saturday night. I found that weird as it says on google maps they are open till midnight. I had a win on the pokies and was told to not to play anymore because they were closing and i said i should be allowed to finish what i am playing and then i asked her name and she proceeded to say that she didn't have to tell me. So i found out from my friend who is a local that her name was Toni and she then said if you play another machine and win i will not pay you out. I then went back to the bar to complain to the staff member who's name was Nadia and she told me they don't make money of the pokies and they are closeing and swore at me calling me a f'n queen. I was very taken back by the rudeness and said that i was appauled by the way she spoke to me she said "just leave were closeing" but i noticed there was still quite a few people in the club. I thought she was very rude and i said that i would be writing a review. My friend comes here 2-3 times a week and spends alot of money, but now refuses to go there ever again untill those to ladies are removed, i can see why she will never return there and either will i, or my partner. It was disgusting behaviour from someone who is working in hospitality, they are obviously not suited to thier position. This all occurred last night on the 15/10/22. Came in for a drink on Saturday night and paid $12.50 just to be given a dirty cup still with lipstick on it. Had the displeasure of only realising after I’d already had multiple sips. When I took it back to the bartender he didn’t seem to care much that the cup was completely unwashed, said “oops sorry” and just poured me a new one. Not even 5 minutes later I brought it back with literally one sip taken and just asked for a refund because I obviously completely lost my appetite after just mouthing someone else’s dirty lipstick, as id imagine anyone would. Bartender who originally served me and another worker who had no idea of the situation both said no and told me “you can give it to the boys.” So beyond disgusting and I still feel sick about it. After telling our group of 8 (who had all bought a meal and multiple drinks) they could take us home on the courtesy bus 6km (the same bar maid told us they had a 11km radius) down the road, we all jumped in and the old bar maid demanded $5 each or no ride. After explaining to her we had no cash she refused us the ride and we were made to drive home. Luckily we had 2 drivers under the limit to drive the cars. Although they didn’t know this and willingly let us drive under the impression of being over the limit. Extremely irresponsible of the bar maid who (hopefully) holds a valid RSA and had been serving us drinks all night….. so disgusting and because of this incident I will never go back or recommend this local service.
