Coffee on Toolooa Drive Thru — Restaurant in Queensland

Incorrect orders and unknown substitutions:

This was my go-to drive thru coffee place until the recent management change about 3 months ago. Since then, I've been about 4 times and had my order made incorrectly 3 times. The first time the chai I ordered tasted wrong but I wasn't able to return as I had driven off and had somewhere to be. The second time was exactly the same, but I was able to go in and ask about it. When asked, the staff told me that they were out of chai and mine was a vanilla chai. I returned the drink and they refunded me as it was not what I had ordered. I was concerned as this was the second time they had substituted my drink without consulting me. The most recent time I ordered an iced chai. I cannot drink coffee, so when I got to the window and the drink looked different I queried it was not a dirty chai and was told it was normal. I tasted it and it did have coffee in it. The staff remade the drink, but the second time around it tasted of cold milk. The staff were gracious and refunded me this drink also.

I used to frequent once a week and recommend them to all my family, friends and co-workers, but I am concerned to do so now especially for those with food allergies as I've had unknown drink substitutions and incorrect orders...

The staff are so friendly while still getting your order through quickly! The coffee is nice and consistent everytime I drive thru and the donuts are definitely my Gladstone...
