Domino's Pizza Emerald — Restaurant in Queensland

We are currently visiting from Brisbane and ordered pizza from Emerald dominos, we were in there from the time we placed our order to the time we finished our pizza, the staff member named ‘Jon’ was extremely disrespectful and rude to the staff, in particular a girl named Courtney (or maybe Corey) he would yell from across the store at Courtney “Courtney get the front counter, it’s your job so do it”. I have never in my 9 years of hospitality and retail management experience have seen such disgusting treatment of staff. Domino's Emerald is good as far as Domino's franchises go. I order pizza there every Friday evening. They sometimes mess up the order, but more often than not the stuff ups actually work in my favour. They don't seem to rotate the drinks in the fridge so the warm ones are always at the front. I recommend grabbing a drink from the back of the fridge or at least a couple rows back. The estimated time for your order is often wrong but that's not too big of a deal as it's only a few minutes here or there. Not even a star!! I ordered a pizza at 6:22 was finally graced with the presence of a male who looked that stoned I don't know how he was driving!!! Btw it was 7:20 by the time I got my pizza.. I live 7 mins away.. I asked what was the hold up!! No answer that I could discern! My partner called the EMERALD, store and they said that's too bad we apologise with no real care we asked for a voucher being as my delivery time was 6:58... in my opinion this is not good...
