Domino's Pizza Gladstone — Restaurant in Queensland

Ordered at 7PM still haven't received my order now at 9:12PM. I called the store they didn't answer for an hour, finally picked up I asked where my order is at and the lady said It will be here soon. I asked her to check and she just repeated it will be here soon. 30mins later no food. I understand the store is busy the lest you can do is tell me there is a wait if I ask.
