Dominos used to be great. Then, paradoxically, with the demise of Eagle Boys here: the only pizza competition, Dominoâs got complacent and quality dropped. When their new products were launched; particularly the âNew Yorkerâ, things improved. Instead of doughy thick crust with minimal topping, the pizzas improved impressively. Lately there has been another slump in quality. For example, the âNew Yorkerâ with sausage, salami and mushrooms is available for a small fee with bacon and extra cheese. Unfortunately the pizza we recieved had minimal filling which was only in the centre consisting of 8 thin slices of salami, minute bits of beef, two mushrooms and huge vacant undressed margins around the entire pizza. Found roscos pizza across the road so went to have a look, told them i just been to donimos they laughed and said they get alot of people coming in because they were disgusted with donimos.    Read moreWas told $22.55 for a pizza we ordered over the phone. Picked it up and they charged $23.05. Went back to tell them they overcharged us and they said there is a surcharge. When I asked what the surcharge was for, they said it's an eftpos surcharge and paying cash would be cheaper. The advertised prices are false. My partner noticed he was being a bit shady with the eftpos machine which is why we checked the statement. Have complained to their Head Office. Hopefully they dont do this to anyone...
