Highly disappointed once again. I come to this dominos because it is easy for me and they're local to were I live and have been loyal customer for years but the last year or so the pizzas have been an absolute let down on every occasion. The last 3 times I have gone there the pizzas are not cut properly.. undercooked... Missing toppings or toppings just thrown on like a mess... Slices with no topping on them at. All. I go here because it easy for me and I love pizzas but been let down every time.bwhen I go to hermit park store they're alot better but long way for me to go. Tonight I though I would give 1 more chance to Dominos North ward and again you guys have let me down completely so upset! I ordered a supreme which was missing 3 toppings.. I know because I pulled them off and looked because I'm that anoyed and feel cheated. Toppings were a mess once angain and also ordered a vegan god farther this came to $40 it was also very messy and undercooked not cut properly can I say more. I then ordered a coke which made it $45 pickup not delivered. Then get told there's this 10% surcharge.. what the hell is that? Haven't I just paid enough then you wanna charge me surcharge and give me almost inedible food I am so over this store it not funny Can only imagine how much that would of cost me for 2 pizzas and a dam drink delivered what a Ripp off. I am not rich so pizza is a little treat for me when I save enough and I feel like I just hand you my money for nothing. I will never be going to this store again unless they do something to rectify this because I feel so ripped off after all the money I have put through your buisiness and to get laughed and tonight when I asked if pizzas had gone up in price and indian lady just laughed and said oh they'll go down again soon. So rude thanks for nothing once again. I may try hermit park again but if they give me the same treatment Ithats it for dominos and me been ripped off enough money especially from North ward store staff and food is way bellow good. And I just did a online prefer to check price properly to see if I was ripped of and my pizzas came to $35 on there $40 with a 1.25drink but you guys charged me $45 instore so you charge me $10 for Pepsi?? That's just wrong. I think I have said enough. Now you're just bringing me stress on top of all this because Ive just wasted money again for nothing. Hope you guys...

Today, I've ordered through Uber Eats and after my order hasn't been delivered (they were 20 minutes late), I called them, and they said, they haven't had the ingredients to make my order, so the only options they gave me were to cancel the whole order or change one of the items on it (even though I've only ordered two things). So I can only conclude that this establishment doesn't have proper management and doesn't deserve my money. I work in sales and I know that customer service and communication are a must. I'm not disappointed by their delays or that they ran out of ingredients, because that could happen anywhere. I'm disappointed because of their lack of communication, because on both of the situations I had to constantly call them to get an update and they should be the ones calling to explain. Read moreThis was the worst experience I have ever had with a fast food chain. Ordered a pizza, asked for a split payment the man smiled at me and charged me for the whole thing. Didn’t even apologise and tried to not give me a receipt. I specifically had to ask for one twice. The pizza came with barely any toppings. We paid for extra hollandaise but there was only a slight drizzle. The pizza was uncut and we went back home before we realised. Called up the store man was extremely rude and proceeded to argue, didn’t offer any resolution - not even to remake the pizza. He hung up on us. It was extremely disrespectful. We tried to call again but got hung up on three times.
My husband in his late teenage years was store manager at a couple of stores and we know that Dominos can honestly do better. We would have been happy with any reasonable resolution but the rudeness after we pleasantly explained the situation really stuck a chord. This employee is a poor reflection of the company and we will not be visiting this store primarily because of his rude customer service...
