I came into this unsuspecting cafe with my girlfriend with no preconceived thoughts on the quality of food and service. And boy was I shocked. It would be an understatement to say their chicken sandwich was exceptional. It was delicious, nay, perfect!! The bread was toasted to a level of precision to the likes of which I didn’t think possible. The exterior perfectly crunchy with earthy aromas whilst maintaining a consistent and soft interior porous with warm pockets of air. The insides were deeply infused with creamy rich butter. The interior of the sandwich was really where this set itself apart from the competition. The way the flavours from the fresh meat and vegetables homogenised was nothing short of genius. I recently visited this restaurant and was pleasantly surprised to find out that it is now open until 9pm, which is great news for those who enjoy dining out later in the evening. As for the food, I highly recommend trying Vitti’s Special Fried Rice from the dinner menu. It's the best fried rice I have had so far in Townsville. The flavors were well-balanced and the portion size was generous.

The Cafe was busy, it took 5 minutes to speak to someone to ask if a table was available. Table was prepared for 2. Ordered breakfast and drinks at 9.50am. Coffee took 40 minutes and arrived with no teaspoon. Noticed other tables had teaspoons with their coffee. Asked for a teaspoon. After 1 hour finished coffee, still no food arrived. Seemed as though others were being served food that arrived after us. We had a long drive and wanted 1 hr waiting. Asked for refund and left. The staff seemed very vague when bringing meals and drinks out as to who they belonged to. Disappointed, was looking forward to nice brekky. Went to Maccas instead. Would not return...
