Had an incredible breakfast at Dose Coffee and I can’t recommend it enough. Everything on the plate was cooked to perfection – from the crispy hash browns to the perfectly runny eggs, grilled bacon, juicy tomatoes, mushrooms, and the fresh avocado. The toast was golden and hearty, and the relish added just the right kick.

The coffee? Outstanding. Rich, smooth, and topped with just the right amount of froth and spice – easily one of the best I’ve had in a long time.

The staff were friendly, welcoming, and genuinely made the whole experience even better. Service was quick without feeling rushed, and it’s clear they take pride in what they do.

Portion sizes were generous and the value for money was spot on. You walk away full, happy, and already planning your next visit.

Staff in the Castletown franchise were extremely rude. I've worked in customer service for 6+ years with a majority being in a fast paced restaurant and I've never experienced awful service like this. I asked for an iced latte with syrup and oat milk and the lady taking our order seemed extremely annoyed that I couldn't have a standard iced latte. I understand that we have our off days but when my coffee was delivered to my table it was just kinda dropped down without a single word? We ordered coffees in takeaway cups which were served in mugs. I said to the dude I had asked for a takeaway cup. He said the order-lady must have misheard us and started to take the mug back. I said, 'I don't want you to just transfer this to a takeaway cup as it goes slushy.' He said, 'It's your choice bro,' and walked back to the counter. Okay, firstly, don't bro me unless ya know me.
