Horrible experience I had in terms of service on the 23 November in the afternoon at approx 1250 hours. 2 staff were on, we got there and they didn't even acknowledge our presence yet the other one had just finished serving a customer. And off she went to I don't know where. So we stood there for about 5 or so minutes, still no one and there was the one who was at the front doing something on some machine. So I said excuse me, and boy the response I got. She yelled and I mean rudely yelled, I can't help you, I can't get away from this machine. I asked her why she was yelling and if that was the best customer service she had been trained to give. She again rudely yelled 'what do you want'. To which I said I want some ice cream. And she said I can't getaway from this machine and I told her that's fine but speak nicely and professionally to me and drop her stinking attitude. I advised her there was no need to scream at me but rather politely tell me you can't get away from what you doing and get me who can help. That's when she called out to the other lady who supposedly had gone to the toilet ( she could have excused herself too when she left us standing at the counter unattended. The other lady actually tried to quiet down the screaming one who both later apologised a few times. I still got the ice cream coz you can't fault gelatine their ice cream is good. I asked for the Manager and was told he/ she is not there. I believed it coz the way that lady was going off the Manager would have heard it. There was one other customer seated in the store. Not good at all, that woman needs training on I don't know what, professionalism, customer service, self awareness of body language ect I don't know. Extremely dissapointed as I have never had this kind of experience before, just so unacceptable to say the least. I put the date and time so management could look into addressing these...

Was very dissapointed with what we paid for. My family and I have gone here on several occasions and never have we been served up icecream like this. I was surprised to see a boy texting on his phone for ages before he finally turned around to see if he had a customer. He then called to a young boy to come and serve us. I asked for a double icecream on a chocolate cone and was given a slather wiped of icecream which he flatten on the top, then he placed a pathetically small scoop of icecream on top. It looked like a babycino icecream. I questioned the sizing of it as I wanted what I paid for, and he replied, "Well thats how I do it". I was quite shocked of the rudeness of his comment. My husband also had a double icecream and it both came to around $18.00 which I had to pay with no receipt given. Our 2 children ordered theirs and paid for it and they too commented the sizing to us. Sadly we won't be going there again as it would be cheaper for us to buy 4 tubs of icecream and enjoy it for longer then to have such a miserly serving, served up to us like that again....

Few Places are as Great as this This is a franchise yet the Positive attitudes and all round great moral and atmosphere of the staff makes you think it is a privately owned single business Yet the Great amount of variety, Delicious and ever changing flavours - don't worry the classics everyone loves are always there to stay they staff allow you to taste test the flavours before you buy them with a throw away stick and will even allow you to choose between syrup and iced magic Even if you dont like gelatos or ice cream, it still has a variety of shakes, cafe delights such as cakes and treats and even coffee A great place for kids birthdays as well as a great place for romance and dates, even a great place for a treat with friends after work or a great reunion with mates or families or birthday and anniversary...
