DO NOT GO TO THIS CAFE!!! Unfortunately this is the WORST customer service I’ve ever received. My partner and I with our 1yo sat down and ordered our breakfast at 9.36am on the QR code. It got to 10.20am and we still had not received our meal but customers that arrived after us got had already received their meals. I went up to the counter to question the where abouts of our meals and to let them know how long it had been since we ordered and the owner didn’t apologise or give any solution instead she said ‘I’ll check if that’s when you ordered. I’ll check’ and didn’t believe that me, made me feel like I was making it up. We had the digital receipt with the time recorded on it. My partner then went up and asked for a refund as our baby was now starving and crying and the owner said ‘Can’t do it right now, it’s online’ along with some other excuses. No apologies, no acknowledgment that they lost our order, no accountability, just excuses and deflections. Owner is too arrogant to run a cafe and needs to learn some customer service.

There’s a really nice cafe just 50 meters down called DEPOT, go there instead they are lovely and won’t treat you like a...

Went here as nothing else open Xmas day … SAVE YOUR MONEY. Absolutely horrendous customer service with the exception of one waitress with strawberry blonde hair who was on today (Christmas Day) - she was so sweet. Took ages for our meals after being told 15 or so minute wait … they forgot our coffee so I politely let them know, when the waitress went to ask for it to Be made she had to come back embarrassed to tell us the barrister for literally no reason was refusing to make the coffee?! Couldn’t tell us why … so I asked if he/she said stopped making coffees and she said no, they’re just refusing to make Yours … no idea who this person was or why they were refusing to make a coffee we literally paid for lol . The meal in the pic was the bruschetta … the toast was burnt to a crisp underneath and hard as a rock … see that tiny spec of feta? That’s literally the only bit in there … the only positive thing I can say it the poached eggs were perfectly done and The breakfast burrito wasn’t bad … purely based off customer service I would give them less than one star if I could - overpriced for the quality you get and appalling customer service from...

Disappointing customer service!

Went in this morning with a girlfriend to get some takeaway coffee. Grind being one of our favorite places to visit as noosa locals.

Upon ordering our takeaway, I said aloud that there doesn't seem to be space for us to stand while awaiting our coffees. We proceeded to stand to the side out of the way of the till. After around 5 minutes waiting we were rudely interrupted by the woman who served us asking us to move outside.

This would have been acceptable if we were given this instruction upon ordering. However after waiting some time I feel this was inappropriate.

Then after moving ourselves outside we heard the barista calling my name quite loudly and with a rude tone. A second time he called out my name without the woman who served us jumping up to bring them out. I proceeded to the counter to have the barista make the remark - 'oh there you are'.

A disappointing experience all round. The coffee was not worth the...

Seating is mainly outside under cover and there is a pleasant view across the road to the river, but some traffic fumes unfortunately. There is some inside seating. We had breakfast and it was nice to see interesting variations on the regular breakfast menus found in many restaurants. The food was perfectly cooked and the chilli jam delicious. I love a hash brown and so chose it. It was very nice, but more a crunchy covering on mashed potatoes than grated and crispy. I really enjoyed it nonetheless. Good coffee ☕

The Big Breakfast was amazing: the fresh oregano & garlic really made the flavours pop, bacon was crispy, mushrooms were so delicious, tomatoes flavourful, definitely exceed my expectations. It was wonderful sitting outside (covered) watching all the activities on the Noose River: people walking their dogs, paddle boarding, jet skiing, boats on the water, great ambiance on a Sunday afternoon 👌👌 Staff were helpful. Parking is along the main Street.
