We chose YOYO based on their broad Tapas menu and their location across from the Noosa river. We were fortunate to get a park about 50 metres from YOYO - bonus.

We, three, were seated at a high table next to the bar. For us this was a great seating location to sit back and relax.

The ambience was very good, it was easy to chat amongst ourselves while indulging in a cocktail or two. With the restuarant full the noise level was no problem.

My preference was an Old Fashioned which was a little bit on the weak side, but the 2nd one was spot on. The ladies were not disappointed with their cocktails.

Food was very nice and of good share size.

We went with the beetroot, calamari, beef tartare, moreton bay bugs, mussels (in shell) and the truffle fries. All the food was very tasty and on the whole delish. The bread that came with the mussels etc was very nice and of good size pieces.

A couple let downs being:

The mussels - the pieces of meat were very small (about the size of an average index finger nail), the mussel broth was spot on. The truffle fries were delish, but over salted.

The two front of house personnel did an amazing job preparing drinks and taking food to the tables - well done. Special mention goes to the chef for keeping up with demand - once again well done.

All up for 8 cocktails and tapas, the bill was $330.00. We...

Had lunch at this place on a whim and it turned out to be one of the best spontaneous decisions ever.

The charred octopus was beautifully grilled with all its flavor yet not overdone so it maintained its tenderness (overdone octopus becomes rubbery and tough) - a dish which requires skills. Yet, this was outdone by the dish of Hiramasa Kingfish. The fillet was a thick and generous portion, which itself poses as a challenge as its difficult to gauge if the middle is done, risking burning the outside. Nevertheless, the fish was skillfully cooked, resulting in a beautifully moist and flavourful dish with a delightlfully crispy skin. Both dishes were perfection, all the way down to the accompanying kumara and pickled carrot. I could sing about the kumara for days - thinly sliced and roasted to slight crispiness. We also had the duck rillettes - a perfect sharing dish and accompanying tapas for drinks.

The selection of alcoholic drinks were also impressive and tastefully curated. Wait staff were friendly and happy to offer recommendations.

10/10 one of the best experiences I've had on the Sunny Coast. Highly...

What a great place!

Nice non-pretentious restaurant with great friendly service and sensational food.

I have visited some famous fine dining restaurants in Sydney (where I live) and the food at this place is probably better than a lot of them. The chicken liver pate has fantastic deep balanced flavours that pair well with a lot of wines. It’s delicious! The seared yellowfin tuna is simply insane! Even my fiancé who does not really eat fish loved it. It is a complex dish made of premium tuna and is amazing!

The menu has a lot of interesting items that all sound delicious and after trying a few I am sure the rest are also worth trying.

The restaurant has a great wine list and drinks menu. We had the Spanish Rose and it was delicate, tasty and well suited to the food we had.

We will definitely revisit this place. I wish I could rate the food higher than 5 stars! I cannot recommend it enough! Just go there and have a sensational meal!

(Our costs include almost 2 bottles of wine so this is great value for the food quality and service you...

YoYo is my family’s favourite, and has become our go-to for any occasion (and any excuse we can think of!) Fantastic location by the Noosa River. The atmosphere, music and decor are great. The staff/owners are all friendly, hospitable, and professional. All are great at their jobs and take pride in it. We have adopted the Noosa Reds Tomatoes dish as the fifth member of our family 😂😂 It is not to be missed!!!! As a vegetarian who has been to Spain, the vegetarian paella is a complete delight. My family love the calamari, pork belly and cauliflower - and those are just the TOP highlights. I don’t think Mark has ever made a dish that we have not loved. My mum and I *love* the Josef Cromy sparkling rosé which Lara helped us discover. We now have it every visit. The boys love the beers on tap from Sam. Every time we are at YoYo, we think, “this is the life“. Give it a try, you won’t be disappointed. Have included photos from our many visits and repeat orders over the years

Well I'm sad to say my week in Noosa is up. We went to Yoyo on our first night here and it was AMAZING!!! On our last night we just had to go back. Even though everywhere else we ate and drank was exceptional Gusto runner up in second exceptional food and service nothing wrong with it at all we would happily give Gusto the same review. YoYo was by far our favourite, amazing food and amazing drink they seem to have the NACK here i highly recommend!!! Look everything we ate was delicious over 2 nights had about 10 different dishes i really likes the pork belly chewwy crispy and flavoursome such a well balanced dish wish i took more photos sorry, the duck liver and bread epic!!!!, the mini muscles dish, the tomatoes and mozzarella and also the bugs were great we didn't have a dull dish get everything! Big call Alert!!! However their Old fashioned cocktail would be hands down best in Noosa. I can't wait to visit Noosa again so that we can visit YOYO. 💪😜🤙

Went to this bar for a birthday dinner on Sunday with 5 friends. We had a fantastic table that looked over Gympie Street and the river. The restaurant is set up from the street so there are stairs to enter. The first thing you notice when you get there is the bar and wine cellar/fridge. This place the Food menu is only a couple of pages but the drinks menu is almost a book. The service was fabulous friendly and attentive. Lara out hostess and waitress was all over it her customer service was excellent even though she was extremely busy that night. The food was mostly share type tapas which suited us. I think we almost ordered everything on the menu and it was all delicious. Good music playing over the sound system added to the relaxed vibe. It was a wonderful evening …will be back
