I would like to share feedback regarding the subpar service we encountered during our dinner outing on June 22nd. Firstly, I want to address the issue with the high chair for my child. It was placed near the kitchen door, where waiters were constantly passing by with hot food, putting my child at risk. I had to personally relocate the high chair and adjust the table settings myself.

Additionally, we specifically ordered vegetable spring rolls, emphasizing that one person in our group does not consume meat for religious reasons. However, when the spring rolls arrived, they turned out to be different from what we had requested. We politely asked if they could bring us the vegetable spring rolls instead. Up to this point, we were not overly upset.

However, our frustration escalated when a male waiter and a female waitress approached our table and rudely blamed my sister for the miscommunication, showing no professionalism or courtesy. We felt deeply insulted by their behavior. Our question to you is: Considering that we ordered seven main meals and five entrees, was it necessary to confront us in such a disrespectful manner due to your own communication issues? It's worth noting that we never intended to avoid payment for the mistakenly served meat spring rolls, as all of them were returned since nobody at our table consumes beef.

Worst customer service I have seen in years!! Booked dinner for 2 birthdays, 5 adults and one child(under 5 years). Ordered the banquet C for 6 people. The spring rolls, dim sims and Shan Choy Bow came out within 15 minutes. We had no food for over an hour, everyone was complaining of being hungry, we asked how much longer and eventually the child fell asleep at the table. Received 8 dishes out of the 10 on the menu when staff started clearing the plates, we asked why are you clearing our plates we still have two more dishes that are supposed to come. Had ordered a birthday cake and when we had finished dinner we asked for the cake. Took over half an hour for them to put the candles on the cake. By this stage we had all gotten up paid and were walking out the main door when they dimmed the lights and brought the cake to the front door. Then and there we spoke to the manager and said how disappointed we were. No apology nothing. Will not be supporting this business in the future. Can understand it being busy but when people complain multiple times, minimal drinks table service, bringing a cake to the front door, having a child fall asleep at the table because there was over an hour wait between dishes. Booked a table at 430, we arrived at that time and was met with a staff member who was abrasive and annoyed. After being seated, not asked our drink or food order, we went up to front desk to put our order in, we were then told that kitchen didn't open until 530 however, patrons can be seated at 5. Information should have been provided when we booked as we would have made other plans. Our main meal was extremely ordinary- special fried rice - had a few peas in it, couple of chopped spring onions on top and tiny speckles of egg. Cantonese beef - tasted like bi-carb soda and the 1 head of broccoli and 1 head of cauliflower tasted off. As a former chef I am extremely disappointed, and unfortunately we will not be returning.
