Hungry Jack's Burgers Innisfail — Restaurant in Queensland

We don't go often, but living out of town, sometimes you don't want to cook and just grab something quick. If you go here you will often find the tables unwiped, covered in crumbs, grease, feral, floor always looks unmopped even if the wet floor sign is up. Toilets are often blocked off so customers can't use them. Without fail they will either miss something out of your order or its just slopped together, no care is taken. My daughter got sick after eating a jacks food chicken Burger. They never answer their phone and management doesn't seem to be ensuring staff are doing their job, it's great to be a friendly boss, but you can't let them walk all over you, you are their boss and they won't do better if you don't make them do better and set higher standards. Just buyer beware, we've given it a go a few times only to have the same lousy experience each time, often only discovering the issue an hour later after returning home, but after my daughter got sick, it's time...

I have been twice with friends within a week, I am the holder of a seniors/ disability card and noticed a display saying that seniors get a free coffee or cold drink with their purchase, so I presented card and ID and ordered a meal deal which included a coffee normally $3+ I asked if I could have a large frozen Fanta instead, I was then charged full price for the meal without the coffee and an extra $1 for the cold drink. I queried and told that was the price. The second time my friend ordered his Coke with no ice and after consuming the drink realising they had put ice in but not wanting to take time in an understaffed shop, he found more than half the serving was ice. Staff need to realise these fast food stores sell service, the cost of the food/drink...

I purchased a Jack's Brekky Roll with a Hash Brown & medium coffee for breakfast at 7:43am on 09/07/2025. After driving away, I went to eat this meal no more than 5 minutes later. The Brekky roll, although hot, was absolutely disgusting. This roll was very damp as if it was pre-made and then heated up in a microwave before being served, the Hash brown was barely warm. After taking one bite out of the roll and the hash brown, I threw them in the bin. The coffee was quite good. If I didn't have to get to work, I would've gone back and asked for a replacement.
