Do not go here. Refer to photos. Constantly huge staff turnover rate due to bad conditions results in inexperienced staff providing food that should only be served to dogs, not humans.
They do not use their drive thru properly the first payment window is ignored, they want you to go to the 2nd window to pay and collect and as consiquence of not using the first window for payment, they want you to drive forward next to kfc's smelly bins in a no parking area and wait and then they bring your food out to you. extremly bad waste of time and parked waiting next to those stinky industrial bins filled with rotting food waste from them + other stores? yeah. great. Just use the first window for payment and 2nd for picking up, they still have the same system just make us drive to a no parking zone infront of bins then waste more time having to walk the order out to your car?
lived here 2 years give them a go every now and then and last order i got a single chicken mayo wrap thing. get home open it, before biting in i can see somethings off. pick up the chicken its a solid rock. like it was left in the fryer for a good 10mins too long but they threw it in my wrap and gave it to me anyway.
management dont care they dont want to hear your issues any excuse possible their mentality is literally we know we're terrible and we're not going to do a thing about it, complaining is useless we wont change and we dont care, as we're a pit stop service station shop that's always going to get traffic / business due to travelers that are unaware of just how bad the food is there.
so yeah - thats your warning about this store. go there at your own health risk.
p.s - the self service ordering machines are out of order 40% of the time, and they only have one front desk station which they try to ignore in hopes you go away and order elsewhere. they will make you wait there a good 2mins before coming out to serve you if you dont like self service machines or they are down. They may deliberately understaff the store to result in this too.
As to me this entire situation with that store is stemming from a franchisee owner thats milking the store for every single cent they can at everyones expense. I honestly believe i got that overburnt chicken in that wrap because the employee had been instructed by the owner / manager not to waste a single item of food no matter what...

Read moreI was not at Hungry Jacks was at KFC at PLAINLAND. And it need a big shake up it is not a very nice experience there. They say thinks are cook by professional cooks but not they are just junior's doing it. So it needs to be addressed will write an official letter to KFC on the matter. It was not very pleased with the meal. The chicken looked like a Blanton chick no patato and gravey it was 9-30pm was it that they where just to lazy to do what they are being played for. And they say that they are professional cooks It should be looked into it has gone on for to long. Unhappy customer just so sad it is happening.
