Food was excellent! Service was outstanding! My partner and I were the first ones in the door tonight, after ordering, our entrees were brought out hot and fresh within 10 mins and our main meals within 20mins. The place was clean, the atmosphere was relaxed and the music was good also ! All our meals were decent size portions, hot, tasty & fresh! Compliments to the chef. The wonderful lady who served us was the embodiment of a good hostess! Quick on her feet, polite, hard-working and cheerful! Our food was excellent and the service very efficient. We did not book and were seated out there back in what can only be described as a last minute court yard, but with a little more TLC this area could be a lovely area. From where I was seated I had a view of the kitchen, this for some people may be a put off, but I enjoyed watching the Chef's in full on meal production. The cleanliness and hygienic ways of the Chef's was also a bonus to see. Prices are on par with similar restaurants in Mackay, though it is fully licensed so you're at the mercy of their alcohol prices.
