Sad to be leaving this review after being recommended. Staff were friendly, venue clean. Thats is where my enjoyment ended. Ordered "hand cut calamari" entree for $16, recieved 6 dry rubber rings, firsty i was shocked at such a little entree for $16, i was further disappointed with the taste and texture, sad but the spinach leaves were the best tasting on the plate, only 5 rings were tried amongst 5 of us. No one was willing to eat a second one. When male waiter collected plate, i explained they were terrible..no action taken. Then came the main, $45 for a thin 500g rump with chips and salad. For me i couldn't work out what was colder, the steak,chips or salad..... tough rump that the steak knife had trouble cutting. Poor kitchen skills given the steak was already pre cut/sliced or beaten. Pepper sauce was nice and helped the ability to chew and chew. The chips/fries one could assume are Hogs breaths rejected curly fries. Over cooked,dry. I expressed this politly to the female waitress who laughed an apology. No offer of discount, remake, manager etc. Only positive of meal was the salad and dressing. I dont like to be negative but when brought to the attention of staff, the response was "oh sorry, would you like dessert?" . No thank you, i am not spending anymore on disappointments. No offer of replacment, refund,discount etc. When it was time to pay again, I expressed my disappointment, just a laughed off apology. "See you next time"... umm no i wont be returning. Far better value and food quality across mackay. $250 lesson learnt. I never once swore or was rude to your staff, coincidence you "positive" feedbacks instantly show up everytime a negative is given, fake accounts 🤔... dont sweat, enjoy your day,night. I wont be reaching out, i dont wish to re-attend your venue. , 10 told by me, tell 10 more etc. Should have taken it on the chin.. small business issues. Maybe fix language barrier up as a suggestion. Maybe if your staff had a issue with me, you would have been notified and came out... but no no you didnt.. oh and Nat, was not there nor last night, 10people in restiarant from 5.30 til after7pm... none of your feedback is true, Keep...

Had dinner here last night and was so impressed - The food, the service, the atmosphere, everything was on point!!

The staff were all very polite and so friendly. Sadly there were some people sitting near us that were quite rude, if not borderline abusive, to the waiter and waitress delivering their food. The staff were extremely professional with how they handled the rude customers and should be commended.

It was quite a busy night and there were lots of people at the same time as us but we didn't even have to wait for our food which was nice.

Our meals were so raveworthy. Firstly, the portions are big and we are big eaters. We shared bruschetta and ravioli entrees and they are definitely handmade and full of flavor. We had steak and fish for our meals and after polishing them off definitely couldn't fit in desserts. Hubbys steak was so juicy and cooked so well he didn't even touch his gravy. My fish was grilled and hats off to the chef because grilled fish is easy to overcook but mine was perfect.

Overall we were really happy and will definitely be back with friends and will leave room to try...

I have eaten here a few times now. We’re from Brisbane and go here with work because it’s convenient. First time was great! Zero complaints. Next time ordered the schnitzel and was under impressed to say the least. Third time, ordered the chicken burger. Not sure what’s going on in the kitchen here (whoever the product quality manager is should be fired) but the crispy chicken patty I got in the burger looked like it was something raw found in an egg.
