Burger Urge (Townsville) — Restaurant in Queensland

This gets 3 stars because of the service not the food i want to clarify that immediately as the food is always 5 stars however I don't understand why everytime I order from you guys it's as though you do what you want. My mist recent order was 2 chicken crisper kids meals and paid 14 extra dollars to get 3 extra tenders per meal so 10 in total. then I paid an extra 6 dollars for a large chips, instead you have me 7 tenders and 2 snack chips, this kind of thing happens everytime I order and it's very frustrating as you are ripping me off everytime and your food is amazing the quality is fantastic I just don't like my hard earned money being wasted, I pray the manager reads this and has a chat to the kitchen staff because this isn't okay. if it happened once ever now and then I wouldn't be bothered but this is now an every single time occurrence, please do something about it, because I want to continue being a regular customer. To clarify I have never been to your establishment I have always ordered online. Face to face I could rectify these issues...

Tasty fresh food, and plenty of options including an insanely hot chili attempted murder style burger. Burgers were juicy and dripped a little but not sloppy. Onion rings and chips were amazing with the Chipotle Mayo. Only con was I requested no pickles, and discovered pickles on the burger half way through. They tasted alright though. They serve alcohol which feels a little strange in a burger joint in a shopping centre in a food court, but they have proper glass walls to separate it from the food court area, so not so much screaming unsupervised kids noise as used to be in that area of Stockies. I went to Burger Urge for lunch today 23/12/21 and was certainly not impressed. I had a 'dining in' experience and ordered the burger that has two meat patties in it. As well as the chips with bacon and cheese smothered all over it. Felt extremely ripped off from the start when the meal arrived at my table. The burgers diameter was quite small and very lacking in additional basic items that are usually found on a burger. The two patties were literally absolutely swimming in fat. The chips tasted badly dry and unfortunately lost a lot of their heat quite rapidly. I actually couldn't finish my meal because of the overall poor taste of both the chips and the burger. They just weren't sitting well in my stomach. I'm not interested in sending the establishment an email to further discuss the issue. I have voiced my opinion. End...
