KFC Toowoomba East — Restaurant in Queensland

Totally appalling i Ordered a giant feast on uber called the store and ask nicely if my order can be freshly made and said did not mind if it took a bit longer to make as I have ordered a few times and have had things missing or dried out chicken ladie says that's fine can do that for you then my order arrived my chips were cold and not cooked through nuggets were old and cold popcorn was also at least 4 hours old like it looked like they were the old ones that should have been thrown away the chicken was not that bad but 100% not fresh i payed over 90 dollars for my meal and had to throw my chips and nuggets and popcorn out this has happened at least 5 times from this store and now i will not be ordering from EAST TOOWOOMBA store again i feel like a Karen for calling up to make sure my order is done correctly to find out that it's completely rubbish this store needs new workers and management i can not believe the store has not been looked into the ratings for this store is so bad...

Ordered at 7pm and had it provided at 7:47.

I complained to Colin the manager and was told that at 2 minutes per order for over 20 customers adds up to the time I waited.

When I highlighted that the staff weren't acting urgently enough he said that they are busy and there's nothing he can do about it.

Considering there were two young girls who turned up whilst we were waiting and their order was provided to them within 5 minutes makes me think that Colin had more on his mind than just being busy.

My food was cold, staff's attitude was far from relevant (they were aloof rather than stressed) and there were twenty other people around us that were just as unhappy.

Friday night, 7pm and they were completely unprepared.

Perhaps if they told me that it would take longer than 40 minutes then at least I could have made an informed decision to stay or go.

This was a very very poor experience on all staff involved, not just Colin...

DONT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT COLD FOOD . AND IT WON'T BE WHAT YOU ORDERED !!!!!!!! I got a Family burger box with all burgers and all i Asked for was fresh chips. And i don't get them even after asking once at the order box and then twice at the first window and confirming at the pick up window that they gave us fresh chips and they said YES!!! . Even After all that we still get cold soggy tasteless leftover chips REALLY . And then to finish of our already disappointing COLD meal we went for the burgers 2 had no sauce and all of them were cold aswell . Even got no napkins or dipping sauce after asking for some . Really disappointed with this place it started off good as they all do and has gone down hill so quickly. Will not be going back to this store this has happened the last 3 times we have been there. If you want a good KFC store go to plainlands KFC. Its the best i have ever had never had a complaint....
