McDonald’s — Restaurant in Queensland

Please 🙏 read reviews before buying your food here. I experienced the same as per reviews, ordered coffee and 2 X tooasties cheese, and tomato. Waited for 7 mins and started driving towards Airlie Beach. After 5 mins when I took out tooasties it was ham tooasties which I even don't eat. I went back through the drive-through, and I was told by the site manager that I have to wait until all orders are ready, and then they will make my tooasties.

Shameless, rather than being sorry, so rude. I told her to do my refund and left.

Most of the staff are untrained or half sleep, maybe as duty manager.

See the attached photos, also told the .manager that tooasties should be wrapped in white paper, she said head office told us to do that way. Secondly, look at the coffee. there is no time to clean the filter, or maybe no one...

Angus burger was disgusting and honestly the worst burger I've ever bought from maccas it just kept falling apart and had 4 times the amount of sauce than normal. Young lady ignores uber drivers , treats us like she is above us . The owners should investigate this we deliver to your customers , us uber drivers try to give your customers the best experience , but cant because of being ignored by this young lady .
