Ordered a thick shake and got a milkshake. Order two wraps both taste stale and overcooked yet both were ice cold on the inside (imagine bacon partially frozen level of cold). Complained about one wrap (the colder of the two) and it came back 15 minutes later after they “forgot about it.” It had been reheated in the microwave and was still lukewarm at best! Again complained about the wraps and thick shake and was told the wraps were made fresh everyday and they go flaky and hard like that when toasted. Eventually got a refund for the wraps and the thick shake remade. They short changed us so I again had to chase up the correct amount. Poor service and would not recommend anyone go here unless you want rude waitresses and potential food poisoning.

I ordered through the table QR code app. Never asked for the wraps toasted at all and this is a false claim. Shows what sort of business that is being run and the poor management/ownership.

I wasn’t not at any point informed the wraps were baked in a pizza oven as I thought toasted would mean in a sandwich press. Last “Toasted” wrap I had like this at other businesses a few years ago I got sick from and this wrap felt the same.

Spoke to two waitresses one whom didn’t seem to care and forget about the reheated wrap, and one who assisted with the refund. Was the first time here looking to give local businesses a go with over the bigger chains and it wasn’t...

I'm a regular customer and always enjoy ordering the steak sanga. However, I've noticed a consistency issue between weekday and weekend service.

On weekdays, the steak sanga is consistently delicious with a generous serving. But on weekends, like today (Sunday), the portion size is significantly reduced. Specifically:

Fewer steak slices (only 1 small piece in half the sandwich) Smaller serving of chips (about half the usual amount)

I appreciate the weekday kitchen team's attention to detail and quality. I hope the administration will investigate and address the disparity in weekend service.

Had sriracha chicken waffles. Sounded great along with the menu description but only the menu description and the coffee are great the cooked food not so much. Food went through the window and everyone thought it would be fine to send overcooked food. Half the fried chicken burnt any more and i would have rather eaten charcoal. The unforgettable toast yup definitely would not be forgetting it tasted like someone scraped off the burned bits rather than cheesy toast. The only saving grace wereq the waffle and maple sriracha sauce went well with the dish and the coffee. Can’t forget the parsley as well I would eat the parsley rather than the burnt...
