I went to donut king today and ordered a strawberry donut to take on the go with me. The cashier left the donut in an open package left it on a high bench next to me, as I finished paying I reached up to pick it up only to realise the bag was upside down and my donut fell out on the floor right next to the counter. The cashier witnessed everything and made no reaction and quickly looked away so she didn’t have to deal with it. I waited by the counter and she came by again, I expected to be offered a new one as it wasn’t my fault that the bag was left upside down and open? She was very rude, she said “I can’t replace it, there’s not much I can do”. I expected at least to be acknowledged, but there was absolutely no human decency, very disappointing.
